Every month it changes, but it can include: shirts, autographs, figures, lapel pins, and limited edition, exclusive and custom collectible items. No matter what we choose, it’s curated by tastemakers in the industry. We don’t do what’s convenient or cheap. We work overtime, putting our heart and soul into each crate. To get a feel for what goes into each crate, check out some of our unboxing videos on YouTube.
We usually put 6-8 things in the main Wrestle Crate. It’s a $60-$70 value for just $29.99 plus shipping. We put 3-4 things in Wrestle Crate Lite, which is a $30-$40 value for just $14.99 plus shipping.
The amount of stuff you get inside of the crate. Wrestle Crate has more stuff.
As soon as you sign up, you will be billed for our next Crate. Here’s the kicker—your crate will arrive after the next time we ship. This is not an instant crate shipping service; everyone’s crates ship at the same time each month. Which means if you sign up on the 25th of one month (after the cutoff date of the 18th, and after we’ve already shipped for that month), you will receive the following month’s crate. You can cancel at any time or even skip a month from within your account online.
We aim for you to receive your crate between the 20-30th of each month, depending on how close you live to our shipping center. International shipping could take more time, but shouldn’t be more than 12-14 business days. We have to pre-order items—most are custom or exclusive—so we often sell out of Wrestle Crates and have to shut down subscribing a few days before we ship. Each month, regardless of if we sell out or not, we shut down ordering at 4pm PST on the 18th, unless otherwise specified. **If you signup after that time, your first crate will come in the following month. For example, if you signed up on the 16th of March, the first crate you’d receive would be our April crate, between the 20th-30th of April.
Our FAQ should answer most of your most pressing questions. If you still have something you want to talk to us about, feel free to contact us at Contact@WrestleCrate.com. At this time, we do not offer phone support. We will respond as soon as possible to any emails. Customer service is important to us and we will get back to you quickly.
If you haven’t received any tracking information or a notification that the crate is delayed for some reason, send us an email at Shipping@WrestleCrate.com to let us know. We will check up on the status. Also, check with your local post office to see if they can help you find it, using the shipping information we gave you.
Please let us know within 30 days if you never got the crate so we can check things out. We are happy to investigate the matter. Also check to make sure your shipping information is correct on your account.
If you signed up after the 18th of the month, you will not be receiving this month’s crate. If you signed up before, you will be getting it. You should receive your tracking notification email around the 20th to the 25th of each month. If that date has passed and you have not yet received your tracking email, please log into your user account and verify that the contact information is correct for your account. If the email address is correct, please double check your spam folder as the tracking email might have been stuck in the spam filter. Your user account will also show your current tracking information.
We aim for all packages to be delivered between 20th-30th of each month. International shipments may take longer. You are free to check the tracking information we email to see where it is in transit. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking info to be updated. If it never arrived, please call your local post office for help.
Read the tracking email thoroughly for detailed instructions on how to search for your package. Be sure to give two to three days before you check to see where your crate is—sometimes they log it in the system, but the most accurate information appears after it’s left the sorting facility.
This happens more often than you’d think. Mail carriers say the package was delivered, but the package arrives a few days late or is available for pickup at the post office. Please call your local post office to see if it is there—use the shipping and tracking information we sent you.
You're billed for the next crate on the last day of the month. For example, on March 31st, you will be billed for April.
Our deadline for new subscription signups each month is on the 18th by 4PM, Pacific Time, or earlier, if we sell out of that month’s crates. If you start your subscription any time before the 18th, you will get that month’s crate as your first Wrestle Crate. If you sign up after the 18th, your first crate will be the following month’s crate.
Log into your account and select “payment options.” Enter your new card details there.
If you paid for a crate, you will receive it.
Login to your account on WrestleCrate.com, click on “my account,” and click “cancel subscription.” Please do not email us to cancel it for you.
Login to your account on WrestleCrate.com, click on “my account” and click “my profile.” Your changes may not go through for the next Crate if you've already paid for it. But the following month it will be updated.
Login to your account on WrestleCrate.com, click on “my account” and click “shipping information.” This must be done no later than the 15th of the month to guarantee that the address change will take effect for that month's Crate. If you are changing your address close to that deadline, please email Contact@WrestleCrate.com to let us know you've updated it.
If you had a damaged item, please send a picture of it to Contact@WrestleCrate and we will resend one to you. We will only send items that arrived damaged or faulty because of a manufacturing error. Please understand that we will only replace items that have a manufacturing problem. If the damage happened in transit, we will not replace the item—you will need to contact the post office to lodge a complaint about the handling of the package.
Yes they would! But we do advise parental discretion. Our tee shirt sizes come in everything from youth small to adult 5XL. We try to keep our crates PG rated, but some DVDs may contain women who are scantily clad, or in older wrestling videos, even bloody fights and cursing. Some ads in magazines may also be risque. We are aiming to keep things kid-friendly, but we are also planning to launch a Kid’s Crate soon. We will let you know when that option becomes available.
We get this question a every day. Send us an email with your credentials and we can talk about it. At this point, we already have chosen YouTubers, etc. But if you are looking to promote, we always appreciate the help. Let’s see what we can do for each other. Email Contact@WrestleCrate.com with your proposal.
Talk to us! Email Contact@WrestleCrate.com ! We wanna see what you’ve got. We are always looking for fresh ideas.

Purpose: This Arbitration Agreement facilitates the prompt and efficient resolution of any disputes that may arise between you and Wrestle Crate. Arbitration is a form of private dispute resolution in which parties to a contract agree to submit their disputes and potential disputes to a neutral third person (called an arbitrator) for a binding decision, instead of having such dispute(s) decided in a lawsuit, in court, by a judge or jury trial. Please read this Arbitration Agreement carefully. It provides that all disputes between you and Wrestle Crate shall be resolved by binding arbitration. Arbitration replaces the right to go to court. In the absence of this arbitration agreement, you may otherwise have a right or opportunity to bring claims in a court, before a judge or jury, and/or to participate in or be represented in a case filed in court by others (including, but not limited to, class actions). Except as otherwise provided, entering into this Arbitration Agreement constitutes a waiver of your right to litigate claims in court and all opportunity to be heard by a judge or jury. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. The arbitrator must follow this Arbitration Agreement and can award the same damages and relief as a court (including attorney’s fees, if otherwise authorized by applicable law). For the purpose of this Arbitration Agreement, “Wrestle Crate” means Wrestle Crate and its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents. The term “Dispute” means any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Wrestle Crate regarding any aspect of your relationship with Wrestle Crate, whether based in contract, statute, regulation, ordinance, tort (including, but not limited to, fraud, misrepresentation, fraudulent inducement, negligence, gross negligence or reckless behavior), or any other legal or equitable theory, and includes the validity, enforceability or scope of this Arbitration Agreement (with the exception of the enforceability of the Class Action Waiver clause below). “Dispute” is to be given the broadest possible meaning that will be enforced. WE EACH AGREE THAT, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED BELOW, ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, AS DEFINED ABOVE, WHETHER PRESENTLY IN EXISTENCE OR BASED ON ACTS OR OMISSIONS IN THE PAST OR IN THE FUTURE, WILL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY AND FINALLY BY BINDING ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT.
Pre-Arbitration Dispute Resolution: For all Disputes, whether pursued in court or arbitration, you must first give Wrestle Crate an opportunity to resolve the Dispute. You must commence this process by mailing written notification to Wrestle Crate, Inc. That written notification must include (1) your name, (2) your address, (3) a written description of the Dispute, and (4) a description of the specific relief you seek. If Wrestle Crate does not resolve the Dispute to your satisfaction within 45 days after it receives your written notification, you may pursue your Dispute in arbitration. You may pursue your Dispute in a court only under the circumstances described below.Arbitration Procedures:If this Arbitration Agreement applies and the Dispute is not resolved as provided above (“Pre-Arbitration Claim Resolution”) either you or Wrestle Crate may initiate arbitration proceedings. The American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), www.adr.org, or JAMS, www.jamsadr.com, will arbitrate all Disputes, and the arbitration will be conducted before a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall be commenced as an individual arbitration, and shall in no event be commenced as a representative or class arbitration. All issues shall be for the arbitrator to decide, including the scope of this Arbitration Agreement. For arbitration before the AAA, for Disputes of less than $75,000, the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes will apply; for Disputes involving $75,000 or more, the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules will apply. In either instance, the AAA’s Optional Rules For Emergency Measures Of Protection shall apply. The AAA rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. For arbitration before JAMS, the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules & Procedures and the JAMS Recommended Arbitration Discovery Protocols For Domestic, Commercial Cases will apply. The JAMS rules are available at www.jamsadr.com or by calling 1-800-352-5267. This Arbitration Agreement governs in the event it conflicts with the applicable arbitration rules. Under no circumstances will class action or representative action procedures or rules apply to the arbitration.Because your contract with Wrestle Crate, the Terms of Service, and this this Arbitration Agreement concern interstate commerce, the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”) governs the arbitrability of all Disputes. However, the arbitrator will apply applicable substantive law consistent with the FAA and the applicable statute of limitations or condition precedent to suit.
Arbitration Award: The arbitrator may award on an individual basis any relief that would be available pursuant to applicable law, and will not have the power to award relief to, against or for the benefit of any person who is not a party to the proceeding. The arbitrator shall make any award in writing but need not provide a statement of reasons unless requested by a party. Such award by the arbitrator will be final and binding on the parties, except for any right of appeal provided by the FAA, and may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over the parties for purposes of enforcement.
Location of Arbitration: You may initiate arbitration in either Los Angeles, CA, or in the federal judicial district that includes your address that you provide in your written notification of Pre-Arbitration Dispute Resolution. In the event that Wrestle Crate initiates an arbitration, it may only do so in the federal judicial district that includes your address that you provide in your written notification of Pre-Arbitration Dispute Resolution.
Payment of Arbitration Fees and Costs: Wrestle Crate will pay all arbitration filing fees and arbitrator’s costs and expenses upon your written request given prior to the commencement of the arbitration. You are responsible for all additional fees and costs that you incur in the arbitration, including, but not limited to, attorneys or expert witnesses. Fees and costs may be awarded as provided pursuant to applicable law. In addition to any rights to recover fees and costs under applicable law, if you provide notice and negotiate in good faith with Wrestle Crate as provided in the section above titled “Pre-Arbitration Dispute Resolution” and the arbitrator concludes that you are the prevailing party in the arbitration, you will be entitled to recover from Wrestle Crate your actual and reasonable attorney’s fees and costs as determined by the arbitrator.
Class Action Waiver: The parties agree that the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding or claims (such as a class action, representative action, consolidated action or private attorney general action) unless both you and Wrestle Crate specifically agree to do so following initiation of the arbitration. Neither you, nor any other Member of Wrestle Crate and/or user of Wrestle Crate services, can be a class representative, class member, or otherwise participate in a class, representative, consolidated or private attorney general proceeding.
Limitation of Procedural Rights: You understand and agree that, by entering into this Arbitration Agreement, you and Wrestle Crate are each agreeing to arbitration instead of the right to a trial before a judge or jury in a public court. In the absence of this Arbitration Agreement, you and Wrestle Crate might otherwise have had a right or opportunity to bring Disputes in a court, before a judge or jury, and/or to participate or be represented in a case filed in court by others (including class actions). Except as otherwise provided below, you give up those rights. Other rights that you would have if you went to court, such as the right to appeal and to certain types of discovery, may be more limited in arbitration. The right to appellate review of an arbitrator’s decision is much more limited than in court, and in general an arbitrator’s decision may not be appealed for errors of fact or law.
Severability: If any clause within this Arbitration Agreement (other than the Class Action Waiver clause above) is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that clause will be severed from this Arbitration Agreement, and the remainder of this Arbitration Agreement will be given full force and effect. If the Class Action Waiver clause is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then this entire Arbitration Agreement will be unenforceable, and the Dispute will be decided by a court.
Small Claims Court: As an alternative to arbitration, you may bring a claim against Wrestle Crate in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction. Such a claim may be brought in your name only, and not as a class action, representative action, consolidated action or private attorney general action. No small claims court or other court shall have the right to consolidate multiple parties’ claims or award relief to any person who is not a direct party to such small claims court proceeding.
Continuation: This Arbitration Agreement shall survive the termination of your contract with Wrestle Crate and your use of Wrestle Crate services.
